Thank you for booking your appointment with Wilderness Animal Hospital; we are excited to meet you and your pet soon! To complete your booking and ensure a smooth experience, we will need the following steps completed:

Step 1: A deposit to be completed within 24 hours of this booking. Please know that our deposits are applied to the final appointment invoice and are Non-Refundable.  If we do not receive your deposit, we will release your appointment for another new client in line. 

Step 2: Complete our new client intake form before you arrive so that we can familiarize our team with you, your pet, your pet’s medical history, and visit needs. This will ensure a quick check-in and productive visit.
